English assessment based courses for childminders
The Dutch Childcare Act requires childminders to obtain a diploma in a childcare related subject. Foreign childminders will find it diffult to meet this requirement because they do not have the appropriate Dutch qualification. Foreign qualifications often are not accepted.Blue Umbrella offers an assessment based course in English. This course tests the experience and previously acquired competence of the childminder. Completion of the course leads to a certificate compliant with the Dutch Childcare Act. The course requires the student to work on assignments at home.
