Blue Daycare - 2009 End-of-year allowance filing

Blue Umbrella is requesting the annual statement 2009 for your childcare center costs for 2009. The annual statement 2009 is issued by your childcare center. If you haven't forward us the annual statement 2009 of your childcare center(s), please do so before 10 March, 2010.

 
Bue Umbrella is preparing your 2009 End-if-Year filing. Therefore, please visit your MyBlue page to verify if we have your correct income details over 2009. Updates are to be provided no later than 10 March, 2010.
 
Your aggregate combined annual income 2009 
You are kindly requested to verify the correctness of your and your partner's 2009 aggregated annual income before tax. If your partner was not living at the same address as you in 2009, no partner income details need to be provided.
 
Please visit your MyBlue page, menu "My Allowance" to check and update your income details for 2009.
 
Note: we need your 2009 income details. On your "MyBlue Page/My Allowance", click on the "<<" symbol above your income details to go the year 2009.
 
2009 End-of-year filing
The 2009 end-of-year filing is required to account for any changes in your income and/or changes in your childcare costs for 2009 for which we have yet not filed for a correction. Based upon the updated childcare costs and income details for 2009, we file for an allowance correction for the entire year 2009.
 
This correction may result in an additional allowance payment if your income is lower and/or your childcare costs are higher than previous provided to the Tax Office. The correction could also result an allowance amount to be reclaimed by the Tax Office. This could be the case if your income is higher and/or your childcare costs are lower than previously provided to the Tax Office. 
 
You'll receive a separate notification from the Tax Office if an adjustment to your childcare allowance 2009 is applied for.

Yes, you can verify if your received the correct allowance amount. Visit Blue Umbrella's on-line allowance calculator 2009 to learn how much monthly allowance you can receive.
 
Compare this with your 2009 allowance entitlement as presented in the "My Allowance" overview on your  MyBlue page.
