MyBlue Draft Function Guide

Step 1

Log in to MyBlue Business page and go to Sales or Expenses to start managing your invoices.

Step 2

Open the Draft tab, select the invoice you want to finalize, and click Make final or save and make final.

Step 3

If needed, open a final invoice from the Quarter or All tab and click Revert to Draft to make changes.

Step 4

Take a photo of your receipt in QuickSpense, then check it in Expenses → Draft tab and make final when ready.

Step 5

Open a final invoice, click Unlock and modify invoice, make changes, and click Save and make final.
