The waste disposal tax covers the costs associated with the collection and processing of household waste by the municipality. This ensures that Rotterdam remains clean and well-maintained. All households are required to pay this tax, irrespective of the amount of waste produced.

- Single-person household: €365.10
- Two-person household: €437.40
- Three or more persons household: €473.50
