Advertising tax


Businesses that display visible advertising from public areas, such as signboards, facade texts, or lightboxes, pay advertising tax. The fee depends on the location and size of the advertisement.

2025 rates

For advertisements related to a business location:

  • Up to 30 m²: €0
  • Each additional square meter beyond 30 m²: €67.20
For advertisements not related to a business location:
  • Per square meter: €67.20
