Business investment zone (BIZ)

A BIZ is a designated shopping street or business area where entrepreneurs collectively invest in improving the business environment. If you operate in a BIZ area, you will receive an annual BIZ assessment, the amount of which is determined by the BIZ plan. Collected funds are returned to the BIZ foundation, which the municipality assists by collecting the tax.
