Precario tax

This tax applies to entrepreneurs who place objects on, under, or above public ground, such as terraces, pipelines, or canopies. The fee is based on the type and size of the object.

2025 rates

• 1 to 50 m²: €273.30
  
• Over 50 m²: €273.30 plus €35.90 per additional m²
  

For objects not related to a business location:

• Per m²: €35.90
  

Terraces per year:

• Up to 50 m²: €0
  
• More than 50 m²: €37.40 per additional m²
  

Construction sites per week:

• Per m²: €1.60
