Business entities

In the Netherlands, a foreign individual or company can operate a business directly or via an established entity (or subsidiary). There are many legal forms, from incorporated Dutch entities to more flexible, less expensive structures.

Most of our customers operate as sole traders or via a limited company. There are no specific restrictions for foreigners starting a business in the Netherlands.
